Island charity Care In The Garden is benefiting from the support of the Garlic Farm and its customers. Donations raised from plastic bag sales at the farm shop over the past 12 months have generated £747 for the Wootton based charity. The money will enable the community organisation to purchase essential equipment to help sustain the operation.

The Garlic Farm’s Barnaby Edwards says “Care In The Garden is our chosen community project for support and we couldn’t be happier that something as humble as the plastic bag has delivered such a positive impact. They are happy and are busy preparing some wonderful gifts for the festive season.”
