About
Jenni McArthur is a Chartered Psychologist (HCPC registered, BPS Chartered) who works with people and organisations on performance under pressure.
Through Jenni McArthur Psychology Ltd, she works one-to-one with senior executives, police leaders, athletes and performing artists. People come to her when performance has stopped responding to effort: output that has dropped without an obvious cause, a skill that used to be automatic and now takes conscious work, confidence that hasn't recovered since a setback or mistake, a standard that keeps moving out of reach however much they achieve, or capacity eroded by sustained pressure and the demands of high-stakes work. Her work changes what's driving the pattern, not only the symptoms.
For organisations, she designs and delivers leadership development, talent development and wellbeing programmes, from single workshops and webinars through to multi-session cohort work and e-learning. Clients include UK police organisations, Nestlé and international institutions.
She holds a PhD, trained in REBT at the Albert Ellis Institute in New York, and has practised in Switzerland before basing herself on the Isle of Wight. She sees clients privately at Northwood House, Cowes, and works with organisations across the UK and internationally online.
