Mountbatten Hospice

Mountbatten Isle of Wight is the Island’s only provider of hospice services. Our expert clinical and care team provides 24/7 end-of-life and palliative care in 1000s of patients’ homes across the Island and in our 16-bed inpatient unit in Newport. We also support family and friends and provide services including bereavement support, which is available to all no matter where the death has occurred, and physiotherapy/rehabilitation services. We run a warm, welcoming community centre and café, at the John Cheverton Centre off Halberry Lane in Newport which is open 7 days a week and offers a public programme available to the whole community.
