I've been in working in property development & investment since 2004, initially for an out-of-town retail property fund and then, from spring 2008 to spring 2023, for a London based residential developer. I set up Wightlife Homes to repurpose underutilised brownfield (previoulsy developed) land for small scale family housing schemes and to restore and enhance character properties in need of TLC.
