Supporting early-stage businesses: Ready to Grow
Also launching this autumn is Ready to Grow, a cohort-based support programme designed specifically for those who have started a business in the past few years and are seeking additional guidance and momentum.

The programme includes four structured, in-person sessions, held on Wednesday mornings throughout November, at Building 41, covering:

  • Strategic planning and action setting
  • Digital marketing
  • Smart use of AI tools
  • Business review and growth planning

Ready to Grow offers a supportive space for early-stage entrepreneurs to build confidence, develop practical skills, and connect with others at a similar stage of the journey.

This initiative is seen as a natural next step for many of those who previously participated in the Chamber’s well-established Red Funnel Start-Up Course.
