CNC Coatings are the islands Powder Coating & Metal Refinishing specialists. Powdercoating is a hard wearing and environmentally friendly way to colour and recoat all manner of metal / alloy items. 99% of all our work is undertaken 'in-house' at our specialist repair unit on Lake Industrial Way, off Morrisons Roundabout in Sandown.
CNC Coatings offer Metal Refinishing & Powdercoating Services. We repair damage to approximately 2,000 alloy wheels per year, both in single colour & using a CNC Lathe to refinish the modern Diamond Cut two tone alloy wheels, where possible using OEM processes.
We also Strip, Vapourblast, Sandblast & Powdercoat many other types of metals. If it will fit in our temperature controlled gas oven we can coat it. We can Powdercoat prototype work, short or long runs and 'one-offs', stocking over 100 different colours and texture finishes. Industries where this type of process works well is naturally within the Automotive sector (including Motorbikes) but also Marine, Defence, Engineering, Construction, Agricultural and Domestic sectors. 99.9% of all work is completed in-house on the Island. We are also proud to be JOSCAR registered.
