Here the menus are wholly seasonal using the freshest, finest ingredients, local wherever possible, treated carefully to delicious effect.

Our intimate Bar with those stunning sea-views is where you can sample cocktails from our exciting List or let us mix up one of your old favourites. Wake Up in the Hambrough
Our seven individually designed rooms have comfortable beds, minibars, espresso coffee machines, flat screen T.V. with satellite, DVD/CD player and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. All but one of our rooms have stunning sea views – Rooms 1 and 2 have fantastic balconies overlooking Ventnor Bay and Rooms 3, 4, 5, 7 also have great sea views. Room 6 has exceptional views of St. Boniface Down. Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are situated on the first floor whilst Rooms 4, 5, 6 and 7 are on the second floor.
