After Premise was founded in 2014 by Brian King and Lesley Vanbeck who have extensive experience in developing and implementing software for businesses across a diverse range of industries. The vision is to help companies apply innovative, document based, solutions that leverage the best of cloud technologies without the constrictive licensing policies that many software suppliers enforce.
Our software, APDocs, makes document management and storage efficient, reliable cost effective and easy to use. Documents of all types are a vital resource to every business but all too often they are not developed and managed in an efficient way.
APDocs streamlines the way that you develop documents by using workflows that ensure that team members responsible for producing, reviewing and approving the documents do so in a timely and effective manner. Once approved the documents are then stored in an easy to search structure. Examples of where APDocs is currently used include construction projects, health & safety certifications and managing tender processes.
APDocs also leverages Smartsheet to provide enhanced workflows. Smartsheet is a work management solution that offers a rich set of views, workflows, reports and dashboards to capture and track plans, resources and schedules from single projects to company wide initiatives.
